My name is Assogbadjo Sèlomè Ayéfèmi Lauriane, born on August 19, 2002. I am a 4th-year Agronomic Engineering student at the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences, University of Abomey-Calavi (UAC), where I consistently rank top of my class. After graduating with honors (distinction) in 2021, I gained practical skills through internships, including with the Healthy Food Africa (HFA) project. This experience enhanced my organizational and teamwork skills by involving local communities in data collection. As a WAAW Foundation scholarship recipient, I received leadership training in Ghana and now lead the UAC chapter. I’ve coordinated interfaculty student teams to promote STEM among young girls in Benin, initiating impactful school outreach campaigns. My academic background has strengthened my expertise in technical writing. Defined by rigor, perseverance, and excellence, I aspire to use my skills to contribute to sustainable development and food security in Africa.
